Gogglebox’s Stephen Lustig-Webb Forced to Exits Dancing On Ice Before It Begins

Ahead of its much-anticipated launch, Stephen Lustig-Webb has made an unexpected exit from the 2024 series of Dancing On Ice. Originally joining 11 other celebrities, the Gogglebox star was announced as the seventh participant. However, an unfortunate training injury has forced him to pull out before even gracing the live shows.

Addressing the situation, a spokesperson for the show commented, “Stephen Lustig-Webb has had to withdraw from the show due to an injury he sustained to his ankle during training. He is still very much a part of the Dancing On Ice family, and we are committed to supporting Stephen during his recovery. We wish him well.”

The Dancing On Ice 2024 roster boasts an array of talent, including former S Club 7 vocalist Hannah Spearitt, West End sensation Amber Davies, and acclaimed soap actors Ryan Thomas and Claire Sweeney.

As of October 21, the show hasn’t confirmed Stephen’s replacement, leading to fervent speculation among fans. “I was so looking forward to seeing him on the ice. Speedy recovery Stephen!” lamented one fan. Queries about his potential replacement abound with comments like, “So will they replace Stephen with another celeb?” and “Who is replacing him?” resonating across social media platforms. Another individual candidly remarked, “That’s unfortunate regarding the injury, but I’m unfamiliar with him beyond a show where he… watched TV. Hope they bring in a well-known celebrity.”

Given the intrigue and anticipation, all eyes are now on Dancing On Ice to unveil their next move.
