Bake Off Cancelled Tonight – Find Out When It’s Back On!

The latest season of The Great British Bake Off is in full swing, and viewers have been captivated by every moment, especially as the series feels rejuvenated.

Up to this point, we’ve witnessed magnificent cakes and breads, Paul Hollywood’s signature handshakes, numerous playful remarks, and the delightful integration of the new co-host, Alison Hammond, into the iconic tent.

Unfortunately, we’ve bid farewell to three talented bakers: Amos, Keith, and Abbi, leaving nine contestants to vie for the championship.

Although the previous episode teased the much-anticipated chocolate week, fans will be disappointed not to find it on its usual Tuesday evening slot.

The reason? The beloved Tuesday evening dose of Bake Off has been postponed due to live football coverage. Essentially, the bakes are taking a backseat to the football pitch at Wembley Stadium, where England will face Italy in the UEFA Euro 2024 Group C qualifiers.

The football match will broadcast on Channel 4 starting at 7pm, with the actual kick-off at 7.45pm.

In addition to missing out on Bake Off, viewers will also have to wait for the next episode of Don’t Look Down For Stand Up To Cancer, which premiered in the post-Bake Off slot last week at 9.15pm.

These two shows will now be shown on Wednesday 18th October instead.
